Therapeutic Massage
Serene and relaxing, our custom bodywork can incorporate centering touch, aromatherapy and/or Thai, Swedish and deep tissue techniques. Our practitioners use an intuitive approach for symptom resolution and inner balance. [$80, one hour] Couples Massage also available [$150, one hour]
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage focuses on the special mental and physical needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbearing experience. Prenatal massage enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves fatigue, while offering a nurturing and comforting environment for mommy. Reflexology (Pada Yoga – Ayurvedic Foot Treatment)
Bliss for the feet! Warm oils and pressure on specific meridians and energy centers on the feet to stimulate whole-body relaxation and balance. Pada Yoga is a powerful complement to yoga practice. [$40, half-hour, or $80, one hour, includes hands and feet]
